I get it too. And it really IS just like that. When your child is ill or hurting, as a mom, you'll go to the end of the earth to help them heal, to save them, because you know, really, it's you. I loved this post. I just LOVED it. Is it okay with you if I link to it on Facebook and Twitter? Because it so clearly illustrates my experience, too. Sometimes I still can't believe I made the choices I did--but it's true, like you I knew I would do anything to help my child, even if other people would think I was crazy. (And believe me, they did.
